XPACE-2004 is an mRNA-based vaccine candidate developed by Xanadu Bio for the prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection. The vaccine utilizes Xanadu Bio's proprietary PACE (Polymer for Advancement of Cell Engineering) platform, which employs polymer nanoparticles to deliver mRNA encoding an RSV antigen directly to the airway epithelium.
