Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xpcos Plus is an oral fixed-dose combination nutraceutical tablet developed and marketed by Med Manor Organics for the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The formulation contains myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), levomefolate (L-methylfolate), and chromium picolinate. Together, these ingredients work synergistically to improve insulin sensitivity, restore hormonal balance, support ovarian function, and promote regular menstrual cycles. Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol act as second messengers in insulin signaling, enhancing glucose uptake and reducing hyperandrogenism. Chromium picolinate further potentiates insulin action, while levomefolate provides the active form of folate to support cellular division and reduce homocysteine levels. Cholecalciferol supports overall metabolic and reproductive health by binding to the vitamin D receptor.
