XS-04

XS-04 is an investigational small molecule drug that acts as a dual inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4). It is being developed primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies, such as blood cancers. The drug is administered orally in tablet form and is currently undergoing phase I clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with these conditions.
