Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XTR010 is a lutetium-177 (177Lu)-labeled radioligand therapy targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), developed by Sinotau Pharmaceutical Group for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The drug utilizes a structurally optimized targeting ligand designed to enhance tumor uptake and retention while potentially requiring a lower radionuclide dose compared to existing therapies like Pluvicto (177Lu-PSMA-617). This optimization aims to provide a cost-effective treatment option with comparable or improved therapeutic outcomes. XTR010 was the first domestically developed PSMA-targeted radiopharmaceutical to receive IND approval in China and is currently in Phase I/II clinical development.
