Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xue Zhi Ning Pill (also known as Xuezhining Pill or Xuezhining Wan) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula developed and manufactured by Jinsheng Da Ren Tang (Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group). It is approved in China for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, particularly of the phlegm-turbidity obstruction type, with symptoms such as dizziness, chest tightness, and constipation. The formula consists of four main active herbal ingredients: Cassia Seed (Semen Cassiae), Hawthorn (Fructus Crataegi), Lotus Leaf (Folium Nelumbinis), and Prepared Polygonum multiflorum (Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata). These components work synergistically to lower blood lipid levels, improve lipid metabolism, and promote bowel movements.
