Overview

**XVR012** is an investigational, llama-derived VHH nanobody cocktail developed by ExeVir Bio for prevention and treatment of COVID-19, particularly in immunocompromised and older people who may not obtain sufficient protection from vaccination. The combination comprises the S2-directed VHH-Fc antibody XVR013m and XVR014, a bispecific heavy chain-only antibody targeting two non-competing receptor-binding-domain epitopes in the S1 subunit of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein. By simultaneously engaging three conserved spike epitopes, XVR012 is designed to neutralize SARS-CoV-2 while reducing the likelihood of viral immune escape. The program has been publicly described as preclinical and advancing toward clinical development.
