XYB01

XYB01 is an investigational bispecific antibody (T-cell engager) being developed by XYone Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Currently in the discovery stage, XYB01 is designed to target the membrane-retained MUC1-C subunit, an oncogenic driver overexpressed in approximately 80% of solid tumors, and CD3 on T cells. By bridging MUC1-C-expressing tumor cells with cytotoxic T lymphocytes, XYB01 aims to redirect T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity to selectively eliminate cancer cells while sparing normal tissues. The program originated from research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston University before being spun out to XYone Therapeutics.
