Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XytriX is an allogeneic cell therapy product consisting of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs), developed by TricelX for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The therapy is designed to leverage the innate regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of MSCs to reduce joint inflammation, alleviate pain, and potentially promote the repair of damaged articular cartilage. XytriX is administered via intra-articular injection and is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials to establish its safety profile and therapeutic efficacy in patients with degenerative joint disease.
