XZP-5955 is an orally available small molecule dual inhibitor targeting the receptor tyrosine kinase c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1) and tropomyosin-related kinase (TRK) family proteins. It is being developed for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring NTRK or ROS1 gene fusions, including non-small cell lung cancer.
