Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Y-CAR-T is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by AdAlta. It is engineered to target an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen, referred to as "Target Y," which is expressed in various epithelial solid tumors. This program is a key component of AdAlta's "East to West" strategy, which focuses on identifying and developing cellular immunotherapies from Asian partners for Western markets. The therapy is intended for the treatment of solid malignancies, including colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and gastric cancer, where there is a significant unmet need for effective cell-based treatments.
