Y-ST01-Dx is a preclinical-stage diagnostic radiopharmaceutical developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics for the imaging of colorectal cancer. It is based on the company's proprietary Self-Assembly Dis-Assembly (SADA) platform, which is a pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) technology. The SADA approach involves a two-step process: first, a non-radioactive bispecific protein (the SADA construct) is administered to bind to a specific tumor antigen; second, a small-molecule radioactive imaging payload is administered, which binds to the pre-targeted SADA construct at the tumor site. This method is designed to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio by allowing the targeting protein to clear from the blood before the radioactive tracer is introduced, thereby reducing off-target radiation exposure. The specific molecular target for Y-ST01-Dx has not been publicly disclosed.
