Y-ST01-PRIT

Y-ST01-PRIT is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics for the treatment of colorectal cancer. It is built upon the proprietary Self-Assembling Disassembling Antibody (SADA) pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) platform. The SADA technology utilizes a bispecific antibody fragment that self-assembles into a tetramer to bind tumor antigens and then disassembles into smaller fragments for rapid renal clearance, thereby reducing systemic radiation exposure. Following the administration of the SADA protein, a small-molecule radioactive payload is delivered to bind the pre-targeted tumor site. While the specific molecular target for Y-ST01-PRIT is currently undisclosed, the program represents an expansion of the SADA platform into gastrointestinal malignancies.
