Y-ST03-Dx is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical diagnostic imaging agent being developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics for the detection and monitoring of solid tumors. It utilizes the company's proprietary Self-Assembly Dis-Assembly (SADA) Pre-targeted Radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) platform. The SADA technology involves a two-step process: first, a bispecific antibody (the SADA protein) is administered to bind to a specific tumor antigen and then self-assemble into tetramers; second, after the unbound protein clears from the blood, a small-molecule radiolabeled ligand is administered, which binds to the pre-targeted SADA protein at the tumor site. This approach is designed to maximize tumor uptake while minimizing off-target radiation exposure. The specific molecular target for Y-ST03-Dx remains undisclosed.
