Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Y-ST03-PRIT is an investigational radiopharmaceutical being developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is based on the company's proprietary Self-Assembling Disassembling Antibody (SADA) pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) platform. The SADA technology employs a two-step dosing regimen: first, a bispecific SADA protein is administered to bind to a tumor-associated antigen; second, a small molecule radiolabeled ligand is administered, which binds to the pre-localized SADA protein at the tumor site. This approach is designed to optimize the therapeutic index by concentrating the radiation dose within the tumor while allowing for rapid clearance of the non-bound radioactive payload from the blood. As of 2024, the specific molecular target for Y-ST03-PRIT remains undisclosed, and the program is in the discovery or preclinical stage of development.
