Y-ST06-PRIT is a preclinical-stage radiopharmaceutical candidate being developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug utilizes the company's proprietary SADA (Self-Assembly Dis-Assembly) pre-targeted radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) platform. This technology involves a two-step administration process: first, a bispecific SADA protein is administered to bind to a tumor-specific antigen; second, a radiolabeled small molecule is administered to bind to the pre-targeted protein. The SADA platform is designed to optimize the therapeutic index by allowing the targeting protein to clear from the blood before the radioactive payload is introduced, thereby reducing off-target toxicity.
