Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Y332 is a bispecific antibody (BsAb) developed by Wuhan YZY Biopharma Co., Ltd., utilizing their proprietary Y-body platform. It is designed as a T-cell engager that simultaneously targets CD70, a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily often overexpressed in various malignancies, and CD3, a component of the T-cell receptor complex. By bridging T cells and CD70-expressing tumor cells, Y332 facilitates the activation and redirection of cytotoxic T lymphocytes to eliminate cancer cells. It is primarily being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including renal cell carcinoma and other CD70-positive cancers, particularly in patients who have failed standard therapies.
