Yangxueqingnao is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the Department of Neurology at Beijing Hospital and manufactured by Tasly Pharmaceutical Group. It is composed of 11 herbal extracts, including *Angelica sinensis*, *Ligusticum chuanxiong*, and *Uncaria rhynchophylla*. Primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, tension-type headaches, and vascular cognitive impairment non-dementia (VCIND), the drug exerts its effects by improving cerebral blood flow, reducing blood viscosity, and providing neuroprotective benefits through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory pathways. It is widely used in China to alleviate symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and insomnia associated with cerebrovascular disorders.
