Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YB-300 is an investigational anticancer agent described as a CEACAM1 inhibitor being developed in the preclinical stage for oncology indications. It targets carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1), an immunoregulatory and adhesion molecule implicated in tumor progression and immune evasion, with the goal of modulating CEACAM1-mediated signaling to enhance antitumor immune responses and inhibit tumor growth.[1] The program was initially developed by Ymmunobio, a company focused on CEACAM1-targeted therapies for cancer.[1]
