Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YB-820 (also known as YB-800BS1) is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (BiTCE) being developed by Ymmunobio for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug is designed to target neuronal pentraxin receptor (NPTXR), a tumor-specific marker overexpressed in multiple solid tumor types, and CD3 on T cells. By simultaneously binding to NPTXR on tumor cells and CD3 on T lymphocytes, YB-820 redirects T cells to NPTXR-positive tumor cells, promoting highly selective immune-mediated tumor cell killing.
