Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YB-821 is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (BiTCE) being developed by Ymmunobio for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target neuronal pentraxin receptor (NPTXR), a protein overexpressed in various solid tumors, and CD3 on T cells. By simultaneously binding to NPTXR on tumor cells and CD3 on T lymphocytes, YB-821 redirects and activates T cells to selectively eliminate NPTXR-positive cancer cells via immune-mediated cytotoxicity.
