YB-831 (also known as YB-800R2) is a preclinical-stage, radiolabeled monoclonal antibody being developed by Ymmunobio for the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors, particularly gastrointestinal cancers. It consists of a humanized monoclonal antibody (YB-800) that targets neuronal pentraxin receptor (NPTXR), a tumor-specific marker highly expressed in various solid tumors but absent in healthy tissues. YB-831 is conjugated to a radioactive isotope, specifically terbium-161 (¹⁶±Tb), and is designed for diagnostic imaging (such as SPECT) and targeted radionuclide therapy. The development of YB-831 is supported by Innosuisse and conducted in collaboration with the Paul Scherrer Institute.
