Overview
YB-880 is a next-generation trispecific T-cell engager (TriTCE) being developed by Ymmunobio for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target neuronal pentraxin receptor (NPTXR), a tumor-exclusive antigen prevalent across multiple major solid tumors, while simultaneously engaging CD3 and CD28 on T cells. This dual-targeting mechanism of T-cell receptors redirects and activates T cells specifically at the tumor site, driving highly selective immune-mediated tumor cell killing. YB-880 is currently in preclinical development, with plans to complete IND-enabling studies by the fourth quarter of 2027.
