Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YCJ-01** is an investigational, orally administered full-spectrum *Cannabis sativa* extract developed by Oils4Cure for refractory epilepsy associated with tuberous sclerosis complex. The proprietary botanical extract is reported to contain cannabidiol and dronabinol and is being evaluated as adjunctive treatment to reduce seizure frequency. Its pharmacology is expected to reflect combined cannabinoid activity, but a product-specific target profile and quantitative constituent composition have not been publicly established. Oils4Cure's randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled SPECTRUM study is a Phase 3 program in patients aged 2 to 65 years with treatment-refractory TSC-associated epilepsy.
