Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YE-NEO-011 is an investigational, personalized neoepitope yeast-based vaccine developed by Nantbio (a NANT company) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The vaccine utilizes a heat-killed *Saccharomyces cerevisiae* yeast platform engineered to express patient-specific neoantigens identified through genomic sequencing of the patient's tumor. By delivering these unique neoepitopes, YE-NEO-011 is designed to stimulate a targeted T-cell mediated immune response against the tumor. It received FDA authorization for clinical trials in 2018 and is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 studies for various cancers, including digestive and metabolic-related malignancies.
