Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Yesucom is a contact lens moisturizing eye drop (rewetting drop) designed to alleviate ocular surface symptoms and signs, such as dry eye, associated with the use of orthokeratology (OK) lenses. Developed and studied by the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University, it is primarily indicated for managing contact lens-related dry eye in children and adolescents undergoing myopia correction. The formulation acts as a lubricant to enhance comfort and maintain tear film stability during lens wear. In clinical research, Yesucom is evaluated for its efficacy in improving ocular surface health compared to standard 0.1% preservative-free sodium hyaluronate eye drops.
