Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH001 + toripalimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies used in cancer immunotherapy. YH001 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4), developed by Biocytogen/Eucure Biopharma, which relieves CTLA-4-mediated immunosuppression and enhances T-cell-mediated antitumor immune response. Toripalimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience, that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands PD-L1/PD-L2, thereby enabling immune activation against tumor cells. The combination has shown encouraging antitumor activity and tolerability in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and other malignancies[3][4][6].
