Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH002 is a recombinant humanized IgG1 agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets the OX40 receptor (TNFRSF4), a co-stimulatory molecule in the TNFRSF family expressed on activated T cells. By binding to and activating OX40, YH002 mimics the function of OX40L, enhancing T cell proliferation, survival, and effector cytokine release while inhibiting regulatory T cell-mediated immunosuppression. This immune activation leads to potent anti-tumor activity. Developed primarily for advanced solid tumors, YH002 has demonstrated safety and preliminary efficacy in phase 1 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with other immunotherapies such as CTLA-4 inhibitors[1][2][3][4][5].
