Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH004 is a humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets the costimulatory receptor CD137 (also known as 4-1BB or tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9, TNFRSF9). By binding to and activating CD137 on immune cells, YH004 enhances T cell co-stimulation, increases natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity, promotes maturation of antigen-presenting cells (APCs), and inhibits regulatory T cells. These actions collectively stimulate the immune system's antitumor response. Preclinical and early clinical data indicate that YH004 has significant antineoplastic activity both as monotherapy and in combination with anti-PD-1 antibodies. It is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors and relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma[1][2][3][4][5].
