YH013 is an investigational biparatopic antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), developed by Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals. Engineered using the company's AI-guided antibody discovery platform and RenMice technology, YH013 features a biparatopic antibody designed to bind two distinct, non-overlapping epitopes on the DLL3 protein. This dual-binding mechanism is intended to enhance receptor clustering and internalization efficiency compared to traditional monospecific antibodies, thereby improving the delivery of the cytotoxic payload into tumor cells. DLL3 is an inhibitory Notch ligand that is highly overexpressed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine neoplasms, while showing limited expression in normal tissues.
