Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH013 + DM005 is a **combination of two bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)**, each targeting the *epidermal growth factor receptor* (EGFR) and *hepatocyte growth factor receptor* (MET, also known as c-MET). Both drugs use a common light chain antibody backbone developed with the RenLite platform. These agents are designed to target solid tumors that express both EGFR and MET, including non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and aim to overcome resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors driven by MET activation. The ADCs each carry a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (BCPT02), conjugated via a novel hydrophilic, protease-cleavable linker (BLD1102), facilitating effective tumor cell internalization and cytotoxicity. Both agents are developed by Biocytogen and Doma Biopharmaceutical and are in early-stage clinical and preclinical evaluation for advanced, MET/EGFR-expressing solid tumors[1][2][3][4][5].
