Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YHD1023** is an orally administered Yuhan investigational small-molecule therapy for erectile dysfunction. It was evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo- and active-controlled Phase II study in South Korea, with oral 5 g and 10 g dose groups. Public drug-development databases characterize YHD1023 as a phosphodiesterase type 5A inhibitor with nitric oxide synthase-stimulating activity, a dual mechanism intended to enhance nitric oxide-cGMP signaling and penile smooth-muscle relaxation. The registered Phase II study was completed, but YHD1023 has not been identified as an approved product and no subsequent active development program has been publicly confirmed.
