Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YHP2305 is Yuhan's oral **vonoprazan** generic candidate, developed as a bioequivalent version of Takeda's vonoprazan product. Vonoprazan is a small-molecule potassium-competitive acid blocker that reversibly inhibits the gastric hydrogen-potassium ATPase, suppressing gastric acid secretion. YHP2305 was evaluated against YHR2404 in a completed randomized single-dose crossover bioequivalence study in healthy adults and is intended for development in gastroesophageal reflux disease.
