Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Yifei Sanjie Wan (YFSJ) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula primarily utilized in China for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is frequently employed as an adjunctive therapy to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy (such as platinum-based doublets) and targeted agents like gefitinib or anlotinib. Mechanistically, YFSJ has been shown to inhibit the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) by modulating the EGFR/p-p38 MAPK/GSK3β signaling axis, thereby reducing tumor cell migration, invasion, and drug resistance. Additionally, it is being investigated for its potential to alleviate chemotherapy-induced cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients.
