Overview

Yijing Tang is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine formula currently under investigation for its therapeutic potential in various conditions. It is being studied for premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and has shown effects in improving sperm quality in oligozoospermia patients. Additionally, it has demonstrated protective effects in models of inflammatory diseases like asthma. Its proposed mechanisms of action include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, modulation of key cellular signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt/mTOR, and inhibition of apoptosis.
