Overview
Yijinsheng is a botanical drug candidate, specifically a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) preparation, developed by Zhejiang Yake Pharmaceutical. Formulated as a capsule, it is primarily being investigated for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with lung cancer, particularly those exhibiting Qi deficiency syndrome following surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical development has also included Phase 1 evaluation in patients with advanced solid tumors. The therapy aims to mitigate the debilitating fatigue associated with cancer and its treatments, thereby improving patient functional status and quality of life.
