Yilifei

Yilifei is an approved oral solution formulation of levocetirizine hydrochloride, developed and marketed by Zhejiang H.Power Pharmaceutical in China. As the R-enantiomer of cetirizine, levocetirizine is a potent, second-generation antihistamine that acts as a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist. By blocking these receptors, it effectively inhibits the effects of histamine, providing relief from symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, and other allergic conditions. The oral solution formulation is particularly suitable for pediatric patients or individuals with difficulty swallowing tablets.
