Yimu Fuyan Granules

Yimu Fuyan Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) developed and manufactured by Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of gynecological conditions, specifically chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and chronic pelvic pain. The formulation is composed of several herbal ingredients, including *Leonurus japonicus* (Motherwort), *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Paeonia lactiflora* (Red Peony Root), *Cyperus rotundus*, and *Corydalis yanhusuo*. According to TCM principles, the drug works by promoting blood circulation, resolving blood stasis, clearing heat, and alleviating pain. Pharmacologically, it has been shown to exert anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, likely through the modulation of inflammatory cytokines and improvement of local microcirculation in the pelvic cavity.
