Overview

Yinglitinib (DNT04110) is an orally bioavailable, small molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed by Guangdong Dongyangguang Pharmaceutical (HEC Pharm). It is designed to inhibit several key kinases involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, specifically targeting the vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR), and the mast/stem cell growth factor receptor (c-Kit). By blocking these signaling pathways, yinglitinib aims to suppress the formation of new blood vessels that supply tumors and directly inhibit cancer cell proliferation. The drug has been investigated in Phase I clinical trials in China for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.
