Overview

Yinlitinib (also known as yinlitinib maleate) is an orally bioavailable, small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor developed by Guangdong Dongyangguang Pharmaceutical (HEC Pharm). It is designed to target several receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) that play critical roles in tumor angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and cell proliferation. Specifically, yinlitinib inhibits the vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR), and the mast/stem cell growth factor receptor (c-Kit). By blocking these signaling pathways, the drug aims to suppress the formation of new blood vessels that support tumor growth and directly interfere with oncogenic signaling in tumor cells. Yinlitinib has been investigated in Phase 1 clinical trials in China for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
