Overview

Yinuojia is an enoxaparin sodium injection developed and marketed by Hangzhou Jiuyuan Gene Engineering. As a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) derived from porcine heparin, it functions as an anticoagulant by binding to antithrombin III, which significantly accelerates the inhibition of activated coagulation factors, particularly Factor Xa and Factor IIa (thrombin). Yinuojia exhibits a high ratio of anti-Factor Xa to anti-Factor IIa activity, providing a predictable antithrombotic effect with a lower risk of bleeding compared to unfractionated heparin. It was the first domestic enoxaparin product approved in China (July 2006) and is indicated for the prevention of venous thromboembolic diseases (VTE), the treatment of established deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and the management of acute coronary syndromes, including unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction.
