Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Yinxingmihuan is a Chinese patent medicine formulated as an oral solution. It is primarily used for the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety (CHDCA), chest pain after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with stable angina, and has also been studied for ischemic stroke and cognitive risk syndromes. The main active ingredients are extracts from Ginkgo biloba leaves and Armillaria mellea powder. Its mechanism involves multiple biological processes including regulation of vascular smooth muscle contraction, angiogenesis, synaptic transmission in the nervous system, metabolism regulation, oxygen transport enhancement, hormone regulation, and estrogen synthesis. These actions contribute to improved cardiovascular function and potential anxiolytic effects[1][3][4].
