Overview
YinXingMiHuan Oral Liquid is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Shanxi Buchang Pharmaceutical. It is composed of extracts from *Ginkgo biloba* leaves and the mycelium of *Armillaria mellea* (Honey Mushroom). The product is approved in China for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, particularly cerebral insufficiency, coronary heart disease, and stable angina pectoris. The pharmacological action is attributed to the synergistic effects of its components: ginkgo flavonoids and lactones improve microcirculation, inhibit platelet aggregation via platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonism, and provide antioxidant protection, while *Armillaria mellea* extracts contribute to increased cerebral blood flow and sedative effects.
