It is a Chinese Patent Medicine (CPM) derived from the extract of the medicinal plant *Sarcopyramis nepalensis* Wall., which is traditionally valued in Chinese medicine for its ability to resolve blood stasis, reduce swelling, and alleviate pain. Formulated as a spray, Yipanzhu is designed for rapid local application to the affected area, where it works to improve microcirculation and modulate inflammatory responses, thereby accelerating the resolution of hematomas and reducing localized pain and inflammation associated with traumatic injury.
