Yiqi Xiaoliu

Yiqi Xiaoliu is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granule developed by Guangdong Fangshengrong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the treatment of uterine fibroids (hysteromyoma). Formulated on the principles of replenishing Qi and resolving masses, it aims to address the underlying Qi deficiency and blood stasis believed to cause fibroid growth. The preparation typically contains botanical extracts such as Astragalus (Huangqi) and other herbs that work synergistically to modulate the endocrine environment, specifically targeting the imbalance of estrogen and progesterone levels. Clinical use focuses on reducing fibroid volume and managing associated symptoms such as menorrhagia, pelvic pressure, and pain. It is approved in China as a Chinese Patent Medicine (CPM).
