Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula developed by Xiyuan Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences for the treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA). Based on the clinical experience of Cai Lianxiang, the decoction is used in a phased integrated approach alongside Western medical management (such as hysteroscopic adhesiolysis). It specifically targets the TCM pattern of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, aiming to reduce adhesion severity, improve menstruation, and enhance endometrial receptivity. The formula is typically administered orally as part of a sequential regimen with other TCM decoctions like Yishen Zengmo Decoction.
