Yiqiyangxue decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Xiyuan Hospital affiliated to China Academy of Traditional Chinese Sciences. It is designed to replenish qi and nourish blood. The decoction is primarily investigated for the treatment of aplastic anemia, often used in combination with standard Western therapies (such as cyclosporine and androgens) to promote hematological recovery, regulate T-lymphocyte subsets, and improve the bone marrow microenvironment.
