Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Yishen Zengmo Decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formula developed at Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, based on the clinical experience of Cai Lianxiang. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA) in patients exhibiting the TCM pattern of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. The decoction is typically used in a phased treatment approach following hysteroscopic adhesiolysis, often administered sequentially after Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction. Its therapeutic goals include promoting endometrial growth, improving endometrial receptivity, and reducing the recurrence of adhesions by tonifying the kidney and resolving blood stasis.
