Yixin Keli (颐心颗粒), also known as Qidong Yixin Keli (芪冬颐心颗粒), is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulated as granules. It is composed of multiple herbal ingredients including Astragalus membranaceus, Ophiopogon japonicus, Panax ginseng, Poria cocos, Rehmannia glutinosa, Plastrum Testudinis, Fluoritum, Cinnamomum cassia twig, Epimedium brevicornu, Lonicera japonica, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Curcuma longa, and Citrus aurantium. This prescription drug is indicated for conditions characterized by deficiency of both Qi and Yin (气阴两虚), such as heart palpitations, chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, insomnia, sweating, and vexation. It is specifically used in the treatment of viral myocarditis and coronary heart disease angina pectoris presenting with these symptoms.
