Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YK-CD19-22-Boom** is an investigational dual-target chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy directed against CD19 and CD22, B-cell lineage antigens expressed on malignant B cells. The product is administered by infusion and is intended to enable engineered T cells to recognize and eliminate CD19-positive and CD22-positive hematologic cancer cells, potentially reducing relapse driven by loss of either single antigen. It was studied by the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine in a registered Phase 1 clinical study for CD19-positive/CD22-positive hematologic malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma.
