Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YL-0336 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6) being developed by Ionova Life Science. STAT6 is a critical transcription factor in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway that is activated by interleukins IL-4 and IL-13, playing a central role in driving Th2 cell differentiation and type 2 inflammatory responses. By selectively inhibiting STAT6, YL-0336 aims to suppress pathological immune activation and downstream inflammatory cascades. The therapeutic candidate is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
